Strength Training @ Conquer Self Defense

45-60 Min class. "Strength" class is designed for individuals who are interested in improving their physical fitness and strength. The class will focus on teaching proper weightlifting techniques and form, as well as providing a challenging workout for participants of all fitness levels. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced weightlifter, this class will provide a supportive and motivating environment to help you achieve your fitness goals. As an experienced certified instructor, I will guide you through each exercise, providing feedback and modifications to ensure proper technique and prevent injury. Join us and discover the benefits of weightlifting for your overall health and fitness.

Body Burn @ Newmarket Rec

60 minutes: $15

Come join Body Burn for a fun, high-energy class. Whether you want to burn fat, lose weight, strengthen muscles or just build confidence, I've got you covered!

 Transform your body with a high-energy, medium-intensity class. Using bodyweight, and resistance exercises, you'll strengthen and condition your muscles while torching that stubborn fat.

Monthly Workout Plan

Monthly: $150

I will meet with you (virtual) to discuss what your current goals are. I will help you create a vision and plan to stick to your workout program. Then I will design a monthly program for you to follow. As we progress through the months I will have a bi-weekly call with you to evaluate and adjust your program to keep you on track!

10 Week Block Personal Training

1 hour: $850
2 hours: $1500
3 hours: $1950

The best way to reach your goal is through strategic planning and accountability. With the block training sessions, we focus on your 30-60-90 goals. Commit to yourself, see the results you desire. We will meet 1-3 times a week for 12 weeks. I will provide you with a training program designed to meet your goals. 

*You will receive a workout plan for 3 times a week with all block training options.

During your 60 min session we will work through your custom program to meet the goals you have established with me. I can do virtual sessions, in-person (at the gym), or in-home.

"Me Minute"

60 minutes: $70

Take advantage of this full service training session. During this session we will work your body, mind and soul. I incorporate all parts of you, with a program that goes beyond just the physical. We will spend 20-30 minutes completing your workout. This is followed by a 30 minute life/wellness coaching session. By combining the two I can guarantee you will not only hit your goals but have a better understanding of self
